Accessing Internet

I have had my LG Pop for about a week and have been unable to get on to the internet at all on it. I have tried through the 'Social Networking' app, the browser app, emails app etc
It just says it is unable to connect
Does anyone have any ideas??

Hello and welcome
To be able to access the internet you will need a network that allows internet access.
I am with the orange network and they allow access on their Dolphin package.
Check with your network provider as its likely they can change your package.

Thanks. I only got this phone and changed my package last week. I discussed internet with the lady, so theoretically i should have it on my package, i just cant access it!
Guess i'll have to ring them.
